slimzaak is the administration platform for e-commerce entrepreneurs, built and operated by Neovant B.V. in Rotterdam.

Who we are

slimzaak is a product of Neovant B.V., based at Corkstraat 46 in Rotterdam. From that home base we build software that automates as much as possible of the administration of online stores and marketplace sellers, so you can spend your time running your business instead of doing the books.

Our mission

Anyone selling through bol.com, Amazon, Shopify or WooCommerce knows how much time goes into creating invoices, tracking VAT and checking payouts. Every order means admin work, and with hundreds of orders a month that quickly adds up. Our mission is simple: that administration should largely take care of itself. We automate the repetitive work, so you keep the overview without spending every evening on it.

What slimzaak does

slimzaak connects directly to bol.com, Amazon, Shopify and WooCommerce and automatically turns every order into a VAT-compliant invoice in your own branding. Returns are handled with automatic credit notes, and quotes convert to invoices in a single click. You can also capture receipts and purchase invoices with AI scanning, synchronise stock across multiple sales channels, and have marketplace payouts automatically reconciled with your invoices and expenses. Financial reports and dashboards give you real-time insight into how your business is doing.

The platform applies Dutch VAT rules automatically, supports EU OSS for cross-border sales and is prepared for the European e-invoicing requirements with UBL e-invoices via Peppol.

slimzaak is built for Dutch and European e-commerce entrepreneurs: from a freelancer with a single online store to teams managing multiple stores and marketplaces, with roles and permissions for team access. You start for free, without a credit card, and grow with a subscription that matches your volume.

There is one thing we deliberately don't do: slimzaak does not replace an accountant for your year-end work. What we do is make sure your administration is always up to date and in order, so you and your bookkeeper spend far less time on it together.
